Arizona Christmas
A Christmas Day event like this could only happen here in GOOD OL' ARIZONA!!! Chase decided the puddles from the recent rain were just too much to resist! One minute he's innocently strolling down Grandma & Grandpa's nice sidewalk, the next he's soaked from head to toe!!! So what else is there to do but grab the camera???
Just taking a stroll... right???
Moments later...
Forget all the new toys! All a kid really needs is a good puddle!!!
A little mud in the mouth never hurt anybody!
Doesn't this face just sum it all up??? PURE, SOAKING-WET JOY!!!
OHMYGOSH! Yep, I remember that...however I don't remember it being on Christmas Day! It makes me freezing to watch, then I see Travis in shorts...so it must not have been that cold! Love this kid! Amazing he hasn't changed ALL that much for 2 years! Cute as ever!
How can I possibly sum up in a few words what it's like raising our family? I feel so, so blessed to have Rob and our kids, and for my main job to be taking care of them. Our life is everything I've ever dreamed of--and so much more. It's incredible to know that our family is eternal. We can be together forever, if we can just manage to live our lives the way we know is right. Every day is a new adventure--filled with new challenges (or the same old ones we still haven't solved...), excitement of all kinds, laughter, and some occasional tears. Put it all together and it's just non-stop AWESOME!!! I learn so much from each one of them. They teach me about love, humor, patience, forgiveness, and what really matters. Together we've learned that laughter can make just about anything better. They make me want to better myself, so that I can someday be deserving of them. They're the BEST--I love them so much!!!
Rob & Jen
Rob & I have now been married nineteen years. We have six awesome kids--three girls, three boys. It's amazing when we look back on our life together, where it all started (thank you, Wendi! =)), and all that we've experienced since then. We've laughed, we've cried, we've been mad, we've kissed & made up... We have so, so, so much fun together--more than we ever would have even hoped for. We're truly each other's best friends. Our Song is "If I Had Only One Friend Left, I'd Want it to be You," by Dan Seals, and that's how we feel. As long as we have each other, we can handle whatever comes.

This just showed up, but the date says 2008. So was this Christmas 2008 or 2009? Either way, it's adorable!
Yes, it really was 2008. I sometimes post "past" events--just trying to fill in the gaps when I can! I can't believe you saw it! Love & miss you!!!
